I’m based in Toronto, Canada, but my travels have taken me all over the world, both for business and for pleasure. Along the way, I’ve gained extensive experience navigating everything from quick getaways to complex international trips.

I’m trained across a wide range of travel styles and experiences, and I know how to match you with the right options. Thanks to my professional affiliations, I have access to the world’s top travel suppliers — and the insider perks that come with them.

I know that sometimes working with a Travel Advisor can feel anything but easy. I’m here to change that.

Whether you’re booking flights and hotels for an international conference, finding a villa big enough for the whole family to create unforgettable memories, or sneaking away on a quick all-inclusive Caribbean escape, I’m here to guide you with knowledge, passion, and a personalized touch.

 

What is your process and how much can I expect to pay?

You can use the following 7 steps to understand what you can expect to experience during the booking process.

FIRST: I always start with a 15 minute phone/zoom consultation.  This allows us to get acquainted and for us to each ask the questions needed to choose the best travel experience. The link to initiate this is HERE.

SECOND: After our call, I will send a link to an online form, for you to fill-out.  This information captures initial details needed for me to create an effective quote.  I will also be asking you if you will need Travel Protection in the form of Cancellation and/or Medical insurance.  Please see what coverage you already have through your work/association, your personal plan or your credit card.

THIRD: I will then send a credit card authorization form and you pay the research fee based on the following 3 tiers:

  • TIER ONE – $250.00 CAD – I will produce 3 options, you choose we discuss over 1 call and 1 email. (popular for all inclusive bookings)
  • TIER TWO – $500.00 CAD – I will produce 3-5 options and you are able to call/email me up to 5 times to ask questions. (popular for luxury bookings)
  • TIER THREE – $1000.00 CAD – We will discuss how many options you would like and I will deliver.  You can also call or email as many times as you need, to feel comfortable. (popular with group, mystery/surprise, and special occasion bookings

FOURTH: I will present options (via email), visa/entry requirements and we will communicate, based on your selected tier.

FIFTH:  After you make your decision, I will make the deposit or full payment and send you your invoice within 48hrs.  Your booking number(s) is communicated at this point.  (Tier 3 clients will receive a Travefy itinerary)

Between the 5th and 6th step, I will be managing your trip behind the scenes.  Checking-up with the airline and hotels to ensure your preferences have been recorded (these are based on requests), will check things like  and confirming all details.

SIXTH: Upon full payment and about 30 days from departure, I will send an email with your eDocs, which are documents that contain more details.  I will update your invoice, which serves as an itinerary.

SEVENTH/PRE-DEPARTURE: Reminders and last changes will be communicated a few days prior to departure.

FINAL: Upon return, I will send an email to ask about your trip.  If you would like, I am always open to a Zoom/Phone call to discuss your findings.  We can also review your next travel plans.  This will allow me

QuestionWhat happens if you choose Tier 1 and want to ask more questions? 

Answer:  No problem.  You can upgrade to Tier 2 or 3 and you will be credited the difference.

QuestionWhen can I see results?

Answer:  Once the research fee is received, you can expect to see quote results within a week.

QuestionHow can I pay the research fee?  Do you accept multiple cards?

Answer: You can pay using your credit/debit card, no cash.  One credit card only.
